Yes, we'll paint any pet! Dogs, cats, bunnies, and rats – and everything in between. No humans, though.

Yes! You'll receive a preview of your artwork before it gets printed and shipped. If there's anything you need changed, let us know and we'll accommodate.

Absolutely. When ordering your portrait, make sure to select the appropriate option (1, 2, or 3 pets).

Yes! When customizing your order, simply write "NO NAME" in the name box.

1. Lighting: make sure your pet is well-lit. Ideally, this means no filter and in natural light (e.g. outside or by a window).

2. Camera distance: ideally, take the photo about 4-6 feet away from your pet. Too close and you'll get the "fish eye" distortion. Too far, and you'll miss detail.

3. Upright pose: make sure your pet is sitting/standing up, with its face and chest exposed. Photos of your pet laying down will not work.

4. Sharp image: avoid blurry photos.

We offer both physical portraits and digital portraits.

If you choose a digital portrait, you'll receive a print-ready PNG file in your inbox within 2-3 days of purchase. Feel free to print and frame locally.

If you choose a physical portrait, we offer a print-ready digital file of your completed artwork as an add-on for $10. You will receive your file digitally once your order has shipped.

Skip Ahead is an optional add-on to push your custom portrait's artwork to the front of our artist's queue. By moving ahead in our queue, your artwork will be finished and on the way to you quicker than orders without this option. Please note that it does not change the shipping speed or transit time.

Yes, really! We stand by our product and want to make sure you're 100% happy with your order. If you do need to go this route, just email within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll make it right.

We start working on your custom pet portrait order immediately after it's placed. To cancel an order, you must email within 12 hours of your order being placed and we will process a refund at our discretion.

After 12 hours, it is not possible to cancel your order.

Orders with multiple customized items may ship separately. Be sure to check your tracking email for multiple tracking links. If you're still having trouble with a missing item, our customer support team will help you find it right away. 


Contiguous USA:  We estimate orders to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 4 weeks.

International and non-contiguous USA:  We estimate orders to arrive within 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.

We offer FREE global shipping on all portrait orders over $100+. For orders under $100, we charge flat rate shipping (all prices in USD):

While we always strive to deliver your items together, occasionally one item in your order will be completed ahead of time and shipped out first. For example, if you order a framed portrait and a phone case, the phone case may arrive separately.
