If you received the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will replace it without question. In cases like these, please let us know within 48 hours of your order's arrival.
If you have placed an order recently and have changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours. If 12 hours have passed, the cancellation will be granted at our discretion. This is because our artists often start work as soon as they receive your order.
Please understand that when our artists craft your portrait, we reference the photo uploaded with your order. If you don't follow our Photo Guide, we can't offer any solution. Low quality photos will result in low quality artwork. As such, it's your responsibility to submit a photo that meets our submission standards. You can also submit notes with your order in case there's anything you want us to know (special requests, etc.). However, we can't guarantee that every request will be adhered to – example: we can't modify your pet's facial expression or add an accessory. We can do some light photo adjustments (remove red eye, enhance colors, etc.).

Sales, Promo Codes, and Coupon Policies
You may only use one promo code per order. Promo codes cannot be combined, are non-transferable, and may have exemptions or requirements in order to be successfully redeemed. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied.
