Once you have approved your portrait, your order will be sent to print. Depending on the item you have ordered printing time can vary from 1 - 3 working days. However most items are printed and shipped within 2 working days.
Below are our estimated delivery times once you have received your shipping confirmation email. Most items are sent via a tracked service which will give a more detailed estimated delivery date.

We offer FREE global shipping on all portrait orders.
Important to Note:
• Changes to shipping addresses must be made within 12 hours of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
• Our "Skip Ahead" option speeds up your artwork creation, moving your pet photo to the front of our artists' queue. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• If your order requires a new photo, this will lengthen the production time. See our Photo Guide for tips on taking the best possible photo.
